A St. Cloud man has pleaded guilty to starting fires which caused more than $2.6-million in damage at the Martin Marietta granite quarry in Waite Park.
An arrest has been made and charges filed stemming from a St. Cloud arson fire last week. St. Cloud Police reported an arson investigation in the 100 block of 33rd Avenue North from early Thursday morning. Now, records show the suspect is an ex-boyfriend of a woman staying at the home.
A wildfire in St. Cloud is being investigated as a possible arson fire. St. Cloud Fire Department Batallion Chief Jerry Raymond says the call came in at about 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, for a fire in the grassy area just to the east of Serenity Drive.
