Amtrak Service Through St. Cloud Disrupted By North Dakota Flooding
Flooding in the Devils Lake basin in northeast North Dakota is affecting Amtrak service between St. Paul, Minn., and Spokane, Wash.

Pot Bust At St. Cloud Amtrak Station
The St. Cloud Metro Gang Strike Force and Drug Unit got a tip about a large amount of marijuana being smuggled in on an Amtrak train early this morning. Officers learned that a man was bringing the pot from Oregon and would be arriving in St. Cloud. Police arrived at the station just after midnight and arrested a 38-year-old man.
Amtrak Back On Track After Weekend Stoppage
Amtrak trains through St. Cloud are resuming their normal schedule after a weekend weather stoppage in Montana and North Dakota. Amtrak spokesman Marc Magliari says the Empire Builder will return to normal operations Monday in both directions, with departures from Chicago, Seattle and Portland, Ore.
