St. Cloud area residents anxious for a bit of normalcy in their lives came out to the sidewalks and streets to dine-out for the first time in two-and-a-half months Monday.

St. Cloud City Engineer Steve Foss says the 5th Avenue project was originally scheduled to be done by next Friday, the day before the big 'Takin' It To The Streets' concert.

A new Pizza Hut-Wingstreet on 5th Avenue in St. Cloud is having its grand opening on Monday. The Pizza Hut is at 305 5th Avenue South, the building previously held a campus bookstore. The restaurant will also feature a full bar and sports bar atmosphere with several large TV's.
