5th avenue live

A new concert series is coming to downtown St. Cloud. "5th Ave. Live" will be held once a month starting in July. An organizing committee of downtown businesses, property owners, and city staff having been working on the series for over six months.

The developers of the 5th Avenue Live! in downtown St. Cloud are expanding the scope of the project. Lead Developer Brian Schoenborn says they recently bought the historic "Bank of St. Cloud" building at the corner of 5th Avenue and West St. Germain.

The Endurunce Shop is making a short move from their current location next to Pacific Wok over to the 100 block of 5th Avenue, next to Brother's Bar and Grill. The Endurunce Shop will occupy two floors of the 117 building.

Last week we told you that Brother's Bar and Grill was coming to the 5th Avenue Live! development. It's the latest business to sign a lease at the project. Developer Brian Schoenborn says they now have two of the four buildings in the North 100 block filled - Brothers and Cloud Coworking. He says they're also very close to filling the 125 building.

A new bar is coming to downtown St. Cloud. The developers of the 5th Avenue Live! project have announced they've signed a lease to bring a "Brothers Est. 1967 Bar and Grill" to the 100 block of 5th Avenue North. It will be located in the 119 building, which was formerly the 5th Avenue Furniture store.

Two more businesses have signed leases in the 5th Avenue Live! development in downtown St. Cloud. A company called Cloud Coworking will be located in one of the refurbished buildings in the 100 block - just north of Highway 23. Also, a Verizon Wireless dealer will be going into the 200 block of the 5th Avenue Live! development.

Another restaurant is coming to the 5th Avenue Live! development in downtown St. Cloud. The developers of the project have announced the addition of Noodles & Company for the West 200 block.

More retail spaces and apartments are planned for the final phase of the $100 million 5th Avenue Live Project. Developer Brian Schoenborn says the building will be built on the block where the Methodist Church sits now.

A block of historic buildings along 5th Avenue in downtown St. Cloud are about to get a facelift. The buildings just to the north of Highway 23 are part of the 5th Avenue Live! project.

This (Thursday) morning we told you about the progress being made on the next phase of the 5th Avenue Live! project. Developer Brian Schoenborn says the first phase, known as Coborn Plaza, is also making progress.
