The Timberwolves lost 116-100 at San Antonio Wednesday night.  J.J. Barea led the Wolves with 18 points and 11 assists and Kevin Love added 17 points and 12 rebounds.  Minnesota got 16 points off the bench from Anthony Tolliver and 15 from Wayne Ellington.  The Wolves played without center Nikola Pekovic and forward Michael Beasley.  Both missed the game because of injury.  The Wolves were out-rebounded 56-41.

Minnesota is 23-25 on the season and will play at Oklahoma City Friday night, pregame on WJON at 6:30.
