Stearns County Deputies Investigate Burglary in St. Wendel Township

ST. WENDEL TOWNSHIP -- Stearns County Deputies are looking for suspects in a burglary in St. Wendel Township.

The incident happened at about 12:30 this (Monday) afternoon at 33326 112th Avenue in St. Wendel Township.

Deputies say the homeowner returned home to find a man inside her house. She heard him yell out to what she believes was another suspect and they ran off.

Items were taken from the home.

Members of the Avon and St. Joseph Police Departments, and State Patrol responded to the scene in search for the suspects.

Bloodhounds and the Minnesota State Patrol helicopter were also used to track the suspects.

Deputies are continuing to investigate.
