MnDOT Seeks Your Input On Highway 10 Construction Improvements
Road construction, we know we need it but it sure can be inconvenient during the process. And when it comes to the aforementioned construction there’s always lots of research done ahead of time.
That research is really years in the making, because projects like this take quite a while to complete.
Back in 2023, the Minnesota Department of Transportation conducted a study on Highway 10 Southeast in St. Cloud. The public was asked to speak and the results of the study’s effect on safety and transportation priorities.

The study concluded that an interchange at the northern end of the corridor along with various improvements to the south. Since that time, the Minnesota legislature has instructed MnDOT to design alternative plans for improving the northern end of that corridor with safety and access management improvements that go through Haven Township to County Road 3/32nd Street Southeast.
The Department of Transportation is asking for input from the community tomorrow at two different public meetings.
The first meeting will be held from Noon to Two at Harvester Square, 539 East St. Germain Street in St. Cloud. The second meeting will be held at Haven Town Hall, 4230 45th Ave. SE in St. Cloud from 4pm until 6:30pm.
Here is your chance to hear firsthand from MnDOT about what the study concluded and what the options are to make the road a safer roadway and to give your thoughts on what is being planned and how you think it will impact the area.
