St. Cloud Sells Former Fire Hall

ST. CLOUD -- The city of St. Cloud has sold an old fire station to an architectural firm from Cold Spring.

The former Fire Station 2 located at 700 41st Avenue North will become the offices for Negen Architecture.

The building has been vacant since the new west side fire station opened in 2008. Since then, the city has tried to sell the property but has had no offers. The city then lowered the price to $125,000. Only Negen Architecture submitted a purchase offer by the November 9th deadline.

Negen bought the property for the minimum $125,000 cost.
