The St. Cloud Rox lost 9-8 in 10 innings at Bismarck against the Larks Wednesday night. The Rox went out to a 5-1 lead in the 2nd inning only to see the Larks come back to lead 7-6 in the 8th inning.

Cathedral High School has announced the hiring of Abby Schneider as their new head girls soccer coach. Schneider is a 1999 Cathedral graduate who's had several years of coaching experience in various sports having been a head girls' swim and dive coach at the high school level for seven years, four at Cathedral.

Sartell has a ceremony scheduled for June 9 at 8:30 p.m. to highlight the reopening of the pedestrian bridge to the community. The event coincides with this year's Sartell Summerfest celebration June 9-10.

The St. Cloud Police Department are reporting a burglary on the 3200 block of County Road 74 where a wallet was taken from a residence and a vehicle was stolen from an attached garage.

Rocori softball is one win away from going to the state tournament after posting a 4-3 win over Sauk Rapids-Rice in the Section 8-3-A softball tournament Tuesday. The Spartans will play the Storm again tomorrow at 4 p.m. at Tech High School in the Section finals.

The St. Cloud Rox are 2-0 after an 11-0 win at Minot against the Hot Tots Tuesday night. St. Cloud outhit Minot 12-1. St. Cloud scored 5 runs in the 3rd inning, 3 in the 5th and 3 more runs in the 7th inning.

The Freeport Black Sox will host the Avon Lakers on Wednesday June 7th to kickoff the Fox 9 Town Ball Tour. Rob Mettenberg is the Manager of the Black Sox. He says Fox 9 reached out to him and worked out a date that made sense.
