The St. Cloud State men’s hockey team won their WCHA opener 4-0 at #12 North Dakota Friday night.  Freshman Ryan Faragher played for the injured Mike Lee and had 44 saves to earn the shutout in net for the Huskies.  Jared Festler scored the first goal in the 1st period for SCSU and that turned out to be the game-winner.  Andrew Prochno, Sam Zablowicz, and Travis Novak added goals for the Huskies.

SCSU is 1-0 in the WCHA and 3-3-1 overall.  The Huskies at play at #12 North Dakota again tonight at 7:07.
