One Person Hurt In Stearns County Crash
ST. CLOUD - A Cold Spring man was taken to St. Cloud Hospital after a crash in Stearns County.
The Minnesota State Patrol says the crash happened around 6:00 p.m. Friday in St. Cloud on Highway 15 at 12th Street North.
According to authorities a pickup, driven by 63-year-old Kenneth Schmitz of Sauk Rapids, was stopped in traffic going south on Highway 15. The pickup was rear-ended by a car driven by 78-year-old Joseph Froehle of Cold Spring.
Froehle was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Schmitz was not hurt in the crash.
