Level III Sex Offender Moving to Southeast St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD - A level three sex offender has moved back to southeast St. Cloud.

St. Cloud Police say 31-year-old Jerome Webb is living in the 1100 block of 10th Street Southeast.

Webb is a level three sex offender — a designation which is used to describe criminals who are most likely to re-offend. He has a history of rape and sexual battery against women.
