WILLMAR -- Jury deliberations have begun in the Timothy Huber murder trial in Willmar.

The 47-year-old Huber of rural Paynesville, has been on trial for the past two weeks on charges of first degree premeditated murder, second degree intentional murder and second degree felony murder.

He is accused of advising, conspiring with or encouraging his father Delbert to shoot and kill 43-year-old Timothy Larson of Albertville at Larson's father's farm near Belgrade in October 2011.

The defense portrayed Tim Huber as slow-witted, timid and abused by his domineering father while the Kandiyohi County Attorney tried to convince the jury Huber and his father talked about perceived wrongs that Larson had done to them and were afraid Larson planned to kill them on the morning of the shooting.

The jury went into deliberations at around 2:20 p.m.
