Gilles Sentenced to 36 Years in Prison

ST. CLOUD - A Waite Park man has been sentenced to 36 years in prison for driving a vehicle in a wrong way crash last April that killed a man and an unborn baby.

Twenty-three-year old Timothy Gilles -- also known as Ricky Gilles -- had earlier plead guilty to two counts of fleeing a peace office in a vehicle resulting in death and one count of fleeing police resulting in substantial bodily harm.

The incident happened on April 15, 2011 in Waite Park.
