Fund Opened for St. Cloud Students Strugging With Homelessness [AUDIO]

ST. CLOUD - The District 742 Local Education and Activities Foundation (LEAF) has opened a Homeless Student Services Fund to help area students in need.

LEAF executive director Bruce Hentges says several hundred students in the district could be homeless at any given time.

A committee has be set up to work with District 742 and oversee the use of donated money. The fund will provide school supplies, clothing, food and crisis housing assistance for local students.
