MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - A Fox News weekend anchor has pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct following a May arrest at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.

Fifty-nine-year-old Gregg Jarrett entered the plea by petition Friday and didn't appear in Hennepin County District Court. His attorney didn't immediately return a message seeking comment.

Airport spokesman Patrick Hogan says Jarrett's plea will be thrown out in a year if he doesn't commit the same or similar offenses and if he abides by certain conditions. Among them, Jarrett can have no alcohol or drug offenses and he must complete treatment.

Jarrett was arrested May 21 after police received a report of an intoxicated customer at an airport restaurant. A police video shows him struggling with an officer.

Fox News did not immediately return an email seeking comment.
