Cost: Free
Event: Barnelopet is the Norwegian word for a children's ski race. Children ages 3 - 13 are encouraged to come anytime after 11:00 am. to try out Nordic skiing on groomed trails. There will be music, authentic Vikings, refreshments and Norwegian food-making demonstrations in the warming house. Local sponsors include the Nordic Club of St. Cloud/Sons of Norway and the Central Minnesota Youth Ski Club.
