Whitney Senior Center is hosting the 2019 Health and fitness fair where attendees will have opportunity to learn about wellness options along with ideas about resources that help people age 55 or older. Additionally, there will be travelling health screening that includes memory, stroke, sleep, balance, cognition, nutrition and more. Health fair attendance is free for public with exciting door prizes available. It will be conducted on Wednesday, March 27 from 8:00 a.m. to noon at Whitney Recreation center, 1529 Northway Dr. St. Cloud.
