Clear Lake Man Arrested For Fleeing Police

FOLEY- Police arrested a man from Clear Lake who was wanted for fleeing police.

The Sheriffs Department says 34 year old Jeremiah Schwartzkopf  had a warrant for his arrest, and was found in the 300 block of 7th Avenue in Foley.

The Stearns-Benton Special Emergency Response Team was activated for the arrest, due to the belief Schwartzkopf was armed and dangerous.

The arrest was made without incident and Schwartzkopf was taken to the Benton County Jail.
