Butler topped the Minnesota Golden Gopher men's basketball team 64-56 Tuesday night in Indianapolis. The Gophers are now 1-2 overall this season.

Daniel Oturu led Minnesota's offensive output with 24 points, while Payton Willis added 13 in the loss. The Gopher bench scored 0 points in 35 combined minutes, and the team committed 18 turnovers.

The Gophers will look to bounce back Friday night when they take on Utah in Salt Lake City. Tip-off is set for 8 p.m..
