ST. CLOUD (AP) - Stearns County authorities are waiting for toxicology results for a Burnsville man who died while in custody last week.

Twenty-two-year-old Jeffrey Michael Magee was found unresponsive in his cell on the morning of Aug. 24. He was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Sheriff John Sanner says the initial indication is that the death was related to a medical problem. He says there's no indication that Magee harmed himself.

Magee was booked into the jail early that morning after he was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving. He says jail staffers found him unresponsive while performing routine checks.
