I talked with St. Cloud State Interim Dean, School of Public Affairs and Economics Professor King Banaian at St. Cloud State today on WJON.  He says gas prices have stabilized for many reasons including a push for more fuel efficient vehicles.  Banaian also talks about the local real estate and retail market.  Listen below.
