WILLMAR -- Two people are hurt after a crash in Kandiyohi County on Saturday.

The state patrol says the incident happened shortly after 2:00 p.m. on Highway 71 near County Road 40.

A car driven by 36-year-old Pailin Paul of New London was stopped and waiting to make a left hand turn when the vehicle was rear-ended by a pickup truck.

The collision caused the car to go across the oncoming lanes and flip onto its roof before coming to a rest in the ditch.

Paul suffered non life-threatening injuries in the crash.

The driver of the pickup, 20-year-old Shelby Blair of Lowry, also received non life-threatening injuries in the incident.
