MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Minneapolis police say a pair of separate shootings has left two people dead and three people injured.

Officers were called to the first shooting late Friday, about midnight. Police found one man shot inside a home and two other men injured in the same area. The first man later died, and the other two suffered injuries described as not life-threatening.

The second shooting happened Saturday about 5 a.m. Officers responding to a report of gunfire found that two women had been shot. One later died and the other is hospitalized in serious condition.

Police say no one has been arrested in either shooting.
