Your Town Tuesday: Kimball Mayor Talks New Businesses, Expansions [VIDEO]

KIMBALL - This week in our "Your Town Tuesday" series on WJON we're highlighting the community of Kimball.

It's a town of about 760 people just to the south of St. Cloud.

The busy four-way stop in Kimball, where Highways 15 and 55 meet, is getting some new businesses. However, Mayor Tammy Konz says what the developer wants to do remains to be seen.

Konz says the developer is expected to bring his plan to the city council in the coming months, and may ask for some help in the form of a Tax Increment Financing plan.

Also, she says the Heritage House senior living facility is planning an expansion...

Konz says the only sad thing is that the town is losing it's bowling alley.
