ST. CLOUD -- What was believed to be a small fire actually caused more damaged than initially thought.

47-year-old Jorge Ozornia was seen tearing pages out of books at the St. Cloud Public Library and using them as kindling for a fire he started on a chair cushion.

It was first reported there was only minor smoke damage, however the finally total was over $1-million and closed the Library down for about 3 months.

Full operations have been going strong since it reopened November 3rd.

Ozornia did plead guilty to first-degree arson and sentenced to nearly 11 years in prison.
