HAVING A BAD HAIR DAY?

Why yes...thank you. I AM having a bad hair day. Contrary to popular believe that it really doesn't matter what you look like when you're in radio for a living has changed over the years!  So rare are the days anymore where I can just come to work looking like the above picture...or even worse...Poor Chad has to see me without make up on occasion.

Believe it or not, having a bad hair day causes women to call in sick!  In a recent survey, one in three women think that if they don't look their best at work, it affects their career. The survey didn't actually go into whether it does affect women's careers, but still.   The pressure is on.  So if you're hair looks like the above, dress it up, or dress it down, and pretend you did it on purpose.

HAIR SAVED BY HEADBANDS

It doesn't matter how bad your hair looks, as long as you look like you made an attempt. Here's my sparkly headband attempt.  Pretty good huh? You can hardly see the headband here, but the little sparkles in it make everything OKAY!  "Look at Kelly's cute sparkly headband..."  instead of..."What happened to Kelly's hair today?"
