ST. CLOUD -- The Tri-County Humane Society held its 26th annual Woofstock fundraiser for homeless animals around the St. Cloud area.

Pet lovers gathered this morning at Wilson Park in St. Cloud to take part in Woofstock's activities, silent auction, and 5k walk.

Vicky Davis, of the Tri-County Humane Society, says the event has evolved over its 26 years.

"It's grown from a very small event we used to do in our parking lot," Davis says. "Now we moved into the park, and this is getting pretty full."

Woofstock featured games and activities for pets as well as owners - with human bowling, an inflatable jump house, and dunk tank.

All the proceeds from the event go to the Tri-County Humane Society which helps homeless and neglected animals around the area find new owners.

Davis says the event is a good showing of support of what the humane society does for our community, and the target amount of money raised is $60,000.

"It gives people a good feeling to know they're helping us help animals," Davis says. "And that's what we're all about."
