CHATFIELD, Minn. (AP) - A passenger who fell out of the window of a moving car in Fillmore County has been injured, and troopers say she was one of three people in the vehicle who'd been drinking.

A 23-year-old Saralyn R. Squillace of Rochester was riding in a car east of Chatfield on Saturday afternoon.

Patrol Lt. Brian Buck says the car was traveling about the speed limit of 55 mph when Squillace fell out of the front passenger window. She was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

Also in the vehicle were a 21-year-old Rochester man and a 24-year-old woman from Racine, Minnesota. Buck says the two "have been less than forthcoming" about who was driving at the time.
