WAITE PARK – A Ramsey woman was hurt in a rock climbing accident yesterday (Thursday) afternoon at Quarry Park.

The Stearns County Sheriff’s Department says 40-year-old Sarah Dusbabek was ascending a rock wall at about 2:30 p.m. when she fell about 15 feet to the bottom of the quarry.

Dusbabek had to be lifted out of the quarry by St. Cloud and Waite Park Fire Departments.  She was taken to St. Cloud Hospital.

Dusbabek has previous rock climbing experience and was climbing with her daughter at the time.
