Woman Cited For Inattentive Driving Following 2 Vehicle Crash

ST. CLOUD - There was a two vehicle crash in north St. Cloud Thursday afternoon. Police say it happened just before 4:00 p.m. at the intersection of 25th Avenue and 3rd Street North.

Thirty-two-year-old Patricia Ortiz of St. Cloud was going west on 3rd Street when a vehicle in front of her had stopped for a vehicle turning into an alley. Ortiz was not able to stop in time and hit the vehicle in front of her. That car was driven by 23-year-old Cashea Meyer of St. Cloud. Meyer was taken to St. Cloud Hospital as a precautionary measure.

Oritz was cited for following too close/inattentive driving.
