PHOENIX, AZ. -- The Minnesota Timberwolves could not build on Tuesday's win, as a slow start to the second half led to a 110-99 loss to the Phoenix Suns.

The Wolves stuck with the high-scoring Suns - trailing by only three at the half, but Minnesota scored only 19 points in the third quarter which led to the eventual game-deciding 11-point deficit.

Coming off his record-stting 52-point performace, guard Mo Williams again led the Wolves in scoring with 26 points.

Rookie Andrew Wiggins continued his stretch of strong games, finishing with 17 points but Minnesota left points on the floor - shooting only 7-for-12 from the free throw line.

With the loss, the Timberwolves fall to 6-32 on the season and will travel to Denver to face the 18-21 Nuggets tonight.
