Timberwolves forward Chase Budinger injured his surgically repaired left knee and will see surgeon Dr. James Andrews to have it diagnosed. The swingman was injured early last season and missed a majority of the Wolves’ contests.

The Wolves are reporting the injury as a cartilage issue, but have not released any further details.

Budinger signed a three year, 16 million dollar contract after last season.
