STORMS -- Storms in the Dakotas will track into Minnesota after midnight tonight. Could see some large hail, damaging winds and heavy rain overnight.

 

HIGH-SPEED CHASE -- Police had to use spike strips on Highway 10 to stop a 32-year-old man, leading police on a high-speed chase in Morrison County. Adam Inerrieden, arrested on suspicion of fleeing, DWI and drug possession.

 

ASSAULT PLEA -- A Waite Park man's pleaded guilty to attacking his girlfriend, leaving her with a swollen and bruised face and two missing teeth in March. 48-year-old Hakeem Rochao -- pleading guilty to one first-degree felony assault charge. Sentencing in late July.

 

SARTELL COMMUNITY CENTER -- Officials say construction crews are on-pace to complete the new Sartell Community Center on-time, in August. The 11-million-dollar project is said to be on-budget and on-time, though no official opening date's been set.

 

SCHOOL SUPPLY DONATION -- Two St. Cloud couples are donating at least 3-thousand dollars to the Salvation Army's school supply drive and are uring others to donate, too. Ann and Mark Thelen and Mike and Diana Murphy-Podawiltz -- hoping to lead by example.

 

SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENT -- So long, Dan Bittman. After 7 years as Sauk Rapids-Rice school superintendent, Bittman is leaving, moving to the Elk River school district. The district held a send-off open house Monday night.
