EXCESSIVE RAINFALL RISK -- We could see a lot of rain Wednesday night into Thursday in the St. Cloud area. A couple inches possible -- and that could lead to road flooding. Stay tuned.

 

DUMP TRUCK-TRAIN CRASH -- A dump truck driver, hurt, when a train hit his vehicle this morning. Happened at Highway 10 and 32nd Street Southeast. The truck hit a power pole, causing power lines to fall, and damaging two other semi-trucks and three other vehicles. Minor injuries for 26-year-old dump truck driver Allen Keene of St. Cloud.

 

LONG PRAIRIE MURDER -- Police have found a murder victim's car, but still no sign of her accused killer, 44-year-old Lucifer Nguyen (WHEN) -- considered armed and dangerous. Police believe Nguyen killed Beverly Cory as he tried to escape as police were chasing him as part of an armed robbery. Cory's vehicle was found in St. Paul Sunday.

 

DARWIN ATV FATAL -- A man out on his ATV spraying weeds on his property died when he apparently dropped in a washout and rolled the ATV. 66-year-old David Ahlgren died Friday night near Darwin.

 

MORRISON COUNTY ATV FATAL -- Another fatal ATV crash. This one, Sunday evening in Morrison County's Belle Prairie Township. 30-year-old Justin Bateman, riding an ATV that hit a driveway approach and threw him. He died at the scene.

 

PROSTITUTION STING -- A St. Cloud man sentenced as part of a prostitution sting involving to 3 days in jail, more than three weeks on home monitoring and five years of probation. And if 54-year-old Kevin Barnes violates his probation, he could go to prison for a year.

STOLEN ITEMS RECOVERED -- Still no arrests, but more items stolen from Custom Surfacing in Sauk Rapids, recovered. Last week, a stolen pickup found. Now, a stolen trailer and pavement roller, found in Watab Township.

 

WASTEWATER GRANT -- The State of Minnesota is giving St. Cloud $6.6-million for a more than $24-million wastewater treatment improvements. The project should be done by mid-2019.

 

WAFFLE-IT MOVES -- St. Cloud's Waffle-It Restaurant is moving down a few doors this fall. From its location near the Sunshine Palace at the Centennial Plaza to a bigger space next to MT's on 8th.
