SEVERE WEATHER -- Get ready for some heavy weather. Strong to severe storms are possible this evening and tonight all across Minnesota including Central Minnesota. Storms with excessive rain are possible Tuesday and Tuesday night in the southern half of the state, including the St. Cloud area. Stay tuned.

 

MINKS RELEASED -- Police say someone -- or a group of people -- burglarized an Eden Lake mink farm and released as many as 40-thousand mink. Officials say those mink are domesticated and won't likely survive in the wild. Total loss -- three-quarters of a million dollars.

 

TESLA ROLLOVER -- An Eden Prairie man is blaming his Tesla's autopilot feature for suddenly accelerating and overturning the car in a marsh near Willmar last weekend. Minor injuries for David Clark and four passengers.

 

MOTORCYCLE CRASH -- A motorcyclist who had to brake after coming over a hill to avoid hitting other motorcyclists, lost control and crashed his cycle. His passenger -- 36-year-old Tanya Kellen of Norcross -- airlifted to St. Cloud Hospital with head injuries.

 

ATV ROLLOVER -- A Randall man -- airlifted to St. Cloud Hospital -- after rolling an ATV just north of Randall Sunday morning. Police say alcohol is believed to be a factor in 47-year-old Damon Salyard's crash.

 

BEST WARRIOR -- The best soldiers in the National Guard from across America are competing in Central Minnesota this week. And for the first time, Camp Ripley is hosting the national Best Warrior Competition.

 

CHAMPION FIELD -- The Minnesota Twins and Cenex are pitching in to help renovate Champion Field in Sartell. $10,000 towards the half-million dollar project set to begin in August 2018.
