FATAL ROLLOVER -- A man from Bowlus -- killed in a rollover early this morning northeast of Upsala. 21-year-old Cody Babineau's vehicle went in the ditch and rolled, throwing him. He died at the scene.

 

GRAND LAKE - STARRY STONEWART -- Crews have closed the public access on Grand Lake near Rockville while they work to remove Starry Stonewart. They'll be pulling the invasive weed by hand, trying to prevent its spread.

 

BLIGHTED AREAS -- St. Cloud's increasing the franchise fees for Xcel Energy and Connexus Energy from 3-to-4-percent. The extra cash will go to help remove a power substation and bury some utility lines on some blighted properties.

 

NEW CIDER SAMPLING ROOM -- A new cider sampling room's opening outside St. Joseph. Milk and Honey Ciders will have eight varieties of ciders on tap. A grand opening's set for Friday.

 

NEW SUSHI RESTAURANT -- A new sushi restaurant in west St. Cloud. Hajime Restaurant and Bar is open at 4170 West Division Street in the strip mall with the Post Office. Sushi, sushi rolls, hajime, hibachi, teriyaki -- and all sorts of other Asian cuisine.

 

COURTS AND CAMERAS -- The State Supreme Court is going to start livestreaming oral arguments on the internet. The latest expansion of cameras in Minnesota's courtrooms.

 

BUS PULL -- Teams of a dozen people each will try their best to pull a 60-foot school bus as fast as possible Thursday. It's all part of a United Way Bus Pull fund-raiser in downtown St. Cloud.

 

POWERBALL -- And the big Powerball drawing -- the second biggest in lottery history -- is tonight. You have until 9 to get a ticket.
