UPDATE: Winter Storm Warning Continues Through Sunday Evening

A powerful winter storm will continue to affect the area this morning. Moderate to heavy snow will be observed across much of Minnesota and Wisconsin today.

Strong winds will develop this afternoon across western Minnesota which will create white-out conditions at times.

This winter storm will make travel extremely difficult, but if you must travel make sure to have a winter safety kit with you in your vehicle.
