UNDATED - The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Warning until 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday.

Another cold day is on tap today with highs in the single digits above and below zero. The coldest readings will be found north of I-94.Increasing clouds are expected as a narrow band of light snow or flurries pushes into Minnesota tonight from the west.

Lows tonight will dip toward 10 below over central Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin, but temperatures will remain nearly steady toward the Iowa border due to considerable cloudiness.

The next chance for snow will come with a clipper system diving southeast across the Dakotas into southern Minnesota and southern Wisconsin Thursday night. Several inches of accumulation are possible, especially across central Minnesota into western Wisconsin.
