The Minnesota Wild won 4-2 at home against Edmonton Thursday night.  The Wild got goals from Antti Miettinen, Marek Zidlicky, Brad Staubitz, and Martin Havlat and Niklas Backstrom had 33 saves.  The win for Backstrom snaps a 6-game winless streak for him.  The Wild improve to 37-32-8 and with 82 points are 8 points back of Chicago for the 8th and final playoff spot in the Western Conference.  Minnesota has just 5 games remaining and will host Tampa Bay at 1pm Saturday, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 12:35.
