DENVER - Ryan Suter scored his first goal of the season to tie the game as the Minnesota Wild picked up a shootout victory against the Colorado Avalanche Saturday night.

Suter's goal came with under four minutes remaining to tie the game 1-1. Zach Parise and Mikko Koivu both scored later in the shootout for the tiebreaker.

Josh Harding had a huge game in front of the net for the Wild, stopping 26 shots and two more in the shootout.

The Wild are now 19-11-5 this season. They return to action at home Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m. to take on the Vancouver Canucks.
