Wild Get Much Needed Win, Defeat Coyotes 3-1

GLENDALE - The Minnesota Wild picked up a crucial win on Saturday night, downing the Phoenix Coyotes 3-1.

The Wild were down 1-0 until the third period. Zach Parise and Jared Spurgeon both scored to give Minnesota the lead. Parise added an empty net goal for the 3-1 final.

Ilya Bryzgalov made 23 saves to pick up the win for Minnesota.
