ST. LOUIS, MO -- The Minnesota Wild return home after falling to the St. Louis Blues 4-1 on Satuday afternoon in game 2 of the first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Two early goals would be all the Blues would need as goalie Jake Allen stopped 24 of 25 Minnesota shots.

The lone goal for the Wild came early in the third period by Marco Scandella to cut the St. Louis lead to 2-1.

That was all for the Wild, as the Blues added two late goals in the third to blow the game open.

The series is now tied at 1-1. The Wild will host the Blues for two games -- the first coming tomorrow (Monday) with the puck dropping at 7:00 p.m.
