The Minnesota Wild snapped a five game losing streak with a 3-2 win over the Jets in Winnipeg on Monday night. The Wild are now five points behind Calgary and Los Angeles in the Western Conference playoff race.

The Wild erased a 2-0, second period deficit with a trio of goals from Ryan Carter, Justin Fontaine and Marco Scandella. Scandella's game winner was his ninth goal of the season, fifth-best among all NHL defensemen.

Minnesota is back in action on Wednesday at Columbus.
