What is Child Abuse? Local Psychologist Talks on WJON [AUDIO]

I talked with clinical psychologist Scott Palmer on WJON today about the effects of child abuse, what is child abuse and about corporal punishment.  Palmer discussed Adrian Peterson's situation and that some people may not believe what they are doing is child abuse but Minnesota's definition is any intentional injury to a child.  Palmer acknowledged that every state my have their own standards.  Listen to the conversation below.
