WEST UNION - A passenger vehicle and a semi collided on Interstate 94 in Todd County last (Tuesday) night. The State Patrol says the crash happened at about 8:00 p.m. at West Union.

Both the GMC and the Freightliner were heading east. The GMC was trying to take the West Union exit when it lost control and spun out. The semi broadsided the GMC, causing the semi to jacknife.

The driver of the GMC, 40-year-old Toni LeClaire of West Union, was taken to Sauk Centre Hospital with non life-threatening injuries. The two people in the semi were from out of state and were not hurt.
