ST. CLOUD -- Now that Spring is officially here and Summer being right around the corner, people are looking to get into healthier lifestyles and they were able to get some tips at today's fourth annual Central Minnesota Wellness Expo.

Hundreds of people came out to the River's Edge Convention Center to talk with health experts, see fitness demonstrations, and even get free massages.

Event Coordinator Rachel Lolmasteymaugh says the expo is meant to encourage healthy living and to make it accessible to the public.

"Some people have questions that they're not comfortable asking, or they're specific questions that need specific answers," Lolmasteymaugh says.

"We have it all here -- we have such a wide range of people to answer all the questions that you might have."

Lolmasteymaugh says the Wellness Expo has grown a lot in its four years thanks to a strong and positive reaction from the public.

"We just wanted to have a public health fair...and what started out as something small ended up at the [convention center] with 75 booths," Lolmasteymaugh says. "Once the public spoke that they wanted this and they wanted more of it, then it became a yearly thing."

"We're going on our fourth year now and I think every year it gets a little better."
