Weather Announcements – Wednesday, 6/22/11

We have a few weather related announcements again today
(Wednesday) due to the rain and the saturated ground.

-- Sartell-St. Stephen Summer Recreation is canceling all outdoor evening activities.

-- Living Waters Bam Bam Ball and youth softball in Sauk Rapids is canceled tonight.

-- Cold Spring minor league baseball is canceled tonight.

-- Sauk Rapids-Rice youth flag football is canceled for tonight.

-- Sauk Rapids Track For Kids is canceled tonight.

-- Central MN Youth Soccer In-House Soccer, Rec Program Soccer games and practices are canceled.

-- St. Cloud Park & Rec is canceling all adult softball, Waite Park Babe Ruth and St. Cloud Blue Sox games at Whitney Park. Bam Bam and T-Ball games at neighborhood parks are also canceled.

-- St. Cloud River Bats games today have been postponed and will be made up in July.

-- All Waite Park Babe Ruth & Cal Ripken baseball games are canceled today.

-- ROCORI Community Ed. is canceling Family Fun Night in Rockville.

-- St. Cloud wading pools are closed.  They will reopen tomorrow, if weather permits.

-- St. Cloud Park and Recreation Department has cancelled all afternoon baseball and softball at Whitney Park.

-- The Sauk Rapids Softball Association has postponed their adult men's and women's softball league games for tonight (Wednesday).  They'll be made-up at a later date.

-- Rice Recreation is canceling all ball programs including BamBam Ball, T-Ball, Rookie Ball, Little League and Pitch League today.

-- Sartell-St. Stephen Summer Rec cancelled soccer for the rest of the day, due to wet fields.

-- Sartell-St. Stephen Summer Rec has cancelled evening pitch ball and softball for tonight.

-- Sauk Rapids Recreation Department has cancelled all tennis programs and all daytime baseball programs for today (Wednesday).

ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR TOMORROW (THURSDAY)..

-- The Sartell Police Department has cancelled Thursday's 4th annual "Cookout with the cops" at Watab Park.
