WAITE PARK -- A Waite Park task force is recommending a long list of ideas, to help streamline city services.  The task force made their presentation to the city council last (Monday) night, which will  now start the process of implementing the ideas.

Most of the suggestions involve upgrading Waite Park's technology. For example, making more information available on the city's website, which will cut down on the cost of paper.

For the police department, the task force is recommending using the internet for residents who have non-emergency concerns.

They're also recommending eliminating curbside service for leaves and grass.

And they also address ways to attract and retain firefighters.
