Waite Park Police Stop Alleged Stolen Truck, ATVs

WAITE PARK - Waite Park police have arrested three people for allegedly being in possession of stolen property.

A patrol officer stopped a 2005 Chevy truck on County Road 6 at about 2:15 p.m. on Monday.

The truck was stolen out of Renville County.  Two four-wheelers and a trailer that were hitched to the truck were stolen out of Meeker county.  During the investigation, it was determined that one of the adults and the juvenile were involved in four vehicle thefts in Willmar, burglaries in Willmar, and at least three arsons.

20-year-old Chase Hodapp of Willmar is facing Felony Possession of Stolen Property charges.  The 17-year-old was taken to the Prairie Lakes Detention Center in Willmar.  A 20-year-old man from St. Cloud was released without charges.
